Community Supports designs the support needed from the individual's "My Plan".
Some of the services include:
- Teaching independent living skills
- Support with grocery shopping
- Support with laundry
- Support with banking
- Support with taking medications
- Support with medical appointments
- Support with community activities
- Support with dressing, feeding, bathing
Community Supports also provides Payee Services, which would include:
- Representative Payee Social Security, VA, Railroad, Teachers retirement, etc.
- Some individuals can live successfully in the community if they have assistance with their finances
Community Supports is an agency driven to provide the best possible services for the individual. We strive to assist the individual with living as independently as possible in the community.
